We don't just install a boiler, we also install new BoilerPlus complaint controls to match a new boiler. All our installed controls are wireless and easy to use. You can also upgrade to Hive, Nest or Tado controls at the check-out if you would like to link up the controls to your smart device.

Some homes don't have industry standard pipework currently. If you find yourself in this situation, do not worry, your fixed price includes bringing the pipework up to specifications, including the gas pipework and the condensate pipe.

This is critical and also forgotten by a lot of boiler installs. We aim to get as much life out of our boilers as possible so we hot chemical flush every install with cleaner and treat your system with inhibitor. This saves you money through efficiency of the boiler but also adds to the boilers life expectancy.

On top of every boiler you will notice a white chimney, this is the boiler's flue and is critical to removing products of combustion away from your home. Not all flues are the same, some require extra bends, extensions or plume diversion kits. We make sure your boiler's flue is terminated correctly and most importantly safely and appropriate to your home. All our safety kits installed are benchmarked with industry standards, no corners are cut.

When you have a new boiler installed you expect it to last as long as possible. That's why with every install we provide a magnetic filter on your pipework. These pieces of kit will catch all the dirt, debris and sediments that are floating around your system making sure they don't affect your boiler's components and their ability to carry out their task.

When we remove your old boiler we also take it away from your property. Your old boiler, flues, tanks and electrics get recycled by a licensed recycling plant and this cost is included in your price.

Once we install a boiler at your home we want to keep you as a customer and look after your boiler for its lifespan. That's why we offer 12 month workmanship warranty with every install we do, so if you do encounter a problem we will be there to solve it.
